Our food

A delicious journey around the world with a particular focus on nutrition and health. All of our fare is handmade, from pesto to labneh. We are truly committed to offering fresh food made in a unique way that you’ll only find here, at Wel Well Center.

Our ingredients

Back in January 2021, we started off as a gourmet grocery shop. Since then, we’ve grown, but never stopped nurturing our relationship with the same local, artisan suppliers. For instance, our pasta is freshly made with no preservatives added by our Italian partners here in Lisbon, while the burratas, rather than imported from Italy, are produced locally in Portugal.

A nutritionist with a vast experience in the catering and event industry in Brazil, Lucas Alves brings his comprehensive approach to food to the table, seeking to marry nutrition with the best flavour. In addition to our regular menu, from Tuesday to Friday you’ll have the opportunity to try items selected and prepared especially for that given day or week.
